Note: Some remote areas or countries with specific import restrictions may not be eligible for shipping. We’ll notify you if your location cannot be served.

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.

  • Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).
     

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

  • Hong Kong:

    • Method: Local courier or postal service.

    • Estimated Delivery: 1-3 business days after processing.

  • International:

    • Method: Standard international shipping (via partnered logistics providers).

    • Estimated Delivery: 7-21 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like weather, holidays, or customs delays.
     

4. Shipping Costs

  • Hong Kong: Flat rate or free shipping (depending on order value—please specify if applicable).

  • International: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

5. Tracking Your Order

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • International: If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 business days, please reach out.
